Agenda Items:


1.    The committee nominated and agreed to have Nancy Cowett serve as the 2010-2011 chairperson for the Curriculum Committee.

 

2.    Brian McDougal proposed two new Trade & Tech courses that will affect the Plumbing and Heating AAS & Certificate programs:

 

1.    Solar Thermal – this is a 3 credit course that has 2 lab hours and 2 lecture hours. This course replaced DRT117-Basic Computer–Aided Drafting

 

2.    Energy Auditing – this is a 3 credit course that has 2 lab hours and 2 lecture hours. This course replaced PLH217- Propane & Natural Gas

 

 

The next Curriculum Committee meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 8 at 3:00 pm, third floor conference room, Martin building.
