Review of minutes from November 13, 2012 meeting.   Gail made a motion to approve and Johna seconded the motion.

Members met to review the procedures for administering the CCSSE survey this spring.  The survey will be administered from March – the first week of May.  Each committee member will receive a list of classes they will be responsible for surveying.  They will first need to contact the instructor and Gail distributed sample letters.  Once the instructor agrees to a class time, the administrator will show up with the surveys and pencils and read from the prepared script.   Completed surveys are to be returned to Gail Roy.

All questions regarding the survey should be directed to Gail Roy or Bill Egeler.  They will contact the Center for Community College Student Engagement if clarification is needed.

It was noted that faculty throughout the Maine Community College System are utilizing a Work-to-Rule policy and faculty from the NMCC campus on this committee are no longer participating and have asked to be removed from their committee work. The work-to-rule has been in effect since fall 2012 and into spring 2013 semesters.

Meeting adjourned at 3:00 pm.
