The current Agreement between the Maine Community College System and the MTA-FA calls for specific criteria to be met in order to progress along salary scale pathways.  The Faculty Salary Level Change Form will help you submit your request when you feel you have the appropriate background to advance, as specified in the current Agreement, Appendix B.  The Vice-President or President will serve as a resource in answering your questions and evaluating your request.

The form should be completed no later than the spring prior to the effective date of your requested level change for the upcoming school year.  Please attach all documentation including course transcripts, a resume, and a listing of seminars and workshops completed so that a complete evaluation of your record is possible.
