Subject: Consolidation of Personnel Records, Contracts, and Grant Documents

Effective: 2/6/89
All documentation for personnel records, contracts, and grant documents is to be filed with the business office before commitments are finalized. This documentation includes:
- All personnel files for adjunct faculty. Each dossier is to include an original application (and resume if submitted), official transcripts, and contracts for the instructional service.
- All contracts (or memoranda of agreement or understanding) with individuals or firms providing any type of service or support to the institution. Original documents are necessary for this official file.
- Copies of all grant applications and notifications of grant awards.
It is necessary to have these documents in the business office to establish appropriate account numbers, initiate billings and/or payments and assure adequate record documentation. Last changed: Feb 25 2008 at 9:58 AM
