Microsoft Windows Vista & Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 have lots of software compatibility problems and other issues
You can follow these instructions to configure IE7 or get a better web browser in order to access your online email. The Firefox web browser will resolve the Issues caused by Microsoft. Please follow the steps below to change your Groupwise E-Mail password.
Login to your e-mail as if you were going to check it![]() Once logged in, click the Options button in the top right corner (please note the Help Button beside the Options Button , this can answer alot of basic questions and provide assistance with using your NMCC Groupwise E-Mail) ![]() The Options Form will open, type in your current password, what you want for a new password and confirm the new password, then click the save button to make the change. ![]() This will be your new password for accessing your NMCC Groupwise E-Mail. If you have problems changing your password please contact the IT Office in person with your student ID Card and we can assist in the changing of your password. |
