Microsoft Windows Vista & Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 have lots of software compatibility problems and other issues
You can follow these instructions to configure IE7 or get a better web browser in order to access your online email. The Firefox web browser will resolve the Issues caused by Microsoft. You can download it here: http://www.firefox.com  continue to your email We strongly recommend that you change your password to something that only you have knowledge of and can remember. Please follow the steps below to change your Groupwise E-Mail password.
Login to your e-mail as if you were going to check it Once logged in, click the Options button in the top right corner (please note the Help Button beside the Options Button , this can answer alot of basic questions and provide assistance with using your NMCC Groupwise E-Mail)  The Options Form will open, type in your current password, what you want for a new password and confirm the new password, then click the save button to make the change.  This will be your new password for accessing your NMCC Groupwise E-Mail. If you have problems changing your password please contact the IT Office in person with your student ID Card and we can assist in the changing of your password. |
