Andrews Hall Boiler Room Renovation Project
Basic Scope:
- Andrews Hall Asbestos Abatement - Abate all asbestos with the exception of flooring from the entire building
- Remove existing Boiler/HV/Hotwater Tank/Pumps
- Installation of 2 Boilers, HV/Heat Recovery System, Hotwater System, and associated accessories, additonal lines to the commons building to allow for future removal of boiler
